Web to print

webtoprint

Web-to-print is a way to optimalize the contact with your customers. Your customers will be able to reach you 24/7 and you’ll be able to keep track of the status of all orders and sales quotes. You won’t be getting orders in the form of unstructurized e-mails or phonecalls, but detailed orders in your own system.

The role of Applify

Since 1999 Applify, along with graphic design businesses, is innovating in the field of web-to-print workflow automation. The ‘lessons-learned’ and ‘best-practices’ join forces together to create our software application called Applify FlowSuite.

Applify will help you turn your company from just a printing business to a supplier of communication solutions. Web-to-print is the outer layer of this solution.

Applify gives you the tools and support to achieve this goal: Flexible web-to-print website setup, offering products online, online editing and payments consisting of standard modules supported by incredibly experienced Applify-ers.

What do I get?

The Applify-solution is built up of two different website enviroments, one for business-to-business and one for business-to-consumer. You are capable of setting up new portals by yourself, add new pages and offer new products online. A paying-system and integrastion with the backoffice are possible.

This can be used as a service on the Applify servers or as software installed on your own servers.

Our approach

In an introductionary meeting we will analyze your current work websites, customers and sorts of order- or sales quotes-forms.

Applify will present you different well-working customer cases which apply to your own situation. Using this information as a ‘roadmap’, we will come to know which direction is the best for your company.

Applify will make sure that a new web-to-print enviroment is present in your company within a few weeks. The advantages of this will be visible directly, both for you and your customers.

This is all done by the ‘no-cure, no-pay’ principle.

How does this pay off?

You can offer new services to your customers, such as: printing on demand, personalization, fulfilment and corporate design management.

If you want you can distinguish yourself as an internet printing company which offers specific products such as wallpapers with prints or canvas prints, or choose for the business-to-business variant.

You will have possession of a tool with which you can control all forms of modern web-to-print. And as long you’re a customer of Applify, you are future-proof because the developments at Applify keep going on./p>
